CANCELLATION POLICY

At Nails by Grace Kellie, I value your time and mine. Please take a moment to review my booking and cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience for both of us. Appointment Changes: All appointment changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to avoid fees. Late Cancellations & No Shows: • Same-day cancellations or no call/no shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total. Late Arrivals: There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. Arriving later than 15 minutes may result in cancellation of your appointment and will be considered a no show. Agreement: By booking an appointment, you are acknowledging and agreeing to all of the above policies. Outstanding Balances: Any balances must be paid at the time of your appointment in order to rebook future services.
